The Aon Eligible Rollover Fund (Aon ERF or the
Fund) is a public offer superannuation fund. It is designed to accept
benefits from complying superannuation funds approved deposit funds,
retirement savings accounts and the Australian taxation office (ATO).
The Aon ERF is managed by Aon Superannuation
Pty Limited, an approved trustee regulated by the Australian prudential
regulation authority (APRA). Aon Superannuation Pty Limited (the
trustee) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aon Consulting Pty Limited,
part of the Aon Corporation group of companies – see details
below.
The Aon ERF offers a number of benefits:
- no entry fees
- accepts SHA, SG vouchers etc from the ATO and rollovers from
complying super funds
- investment management is carried out by expert manager and their
performance is regularly reviewed
- member protection for all balances
- active help in locating lost super for members
- earnings are declared net of fees, charges and taxation.
The trustee
| The
trustee of the Aon Eligible Rollover Fund (Aon ERF) (ABN 54
338 733 881) is Aon Superannuation Pty Limited
(ABN 83 057 982 822, AFSL 237465), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Aon Consulting Pty Limited (ABN 48 002 288 646,
AFSL 236667). The trustee is responsible for ensuring that
the Aon ERF is run in accordance with superannuation law and
the trust deed (the legal document which governs the Fund).
Aon Superannuation Pty Limited has a six-person
board of directors, also called the trustee board.

Stewart Fotheringham
MA, FFA, FIAA, Managing Director, Aon Consulting.
Joined Aon in the UK in 1985 as an actuarial consultant and
a member of the UK senior management team since 1991. Appointed
Managing Director of Aon Consulting Pty Limited on 1 October
1998. Previously, five years with a firm of consulting actuaries
and two years with a leading UK life office. Stewart is a regular
contributor to the financial press on employee benefit issues
and leads Aon Consulting's Executive Management Group. |

Frank Argent

Joined Aon in 1989. Has been a director of the trustee since inception in 1990 and a director of Aon Consulting since 1989. Is a practising solicitor and a member of the Australian Compliance Institute. Leads Aon’s legal and compliance team for Asia/Pacific. Accredited mediator by Australian Commercial Disputes Centre (1995). Is a member of Aon Consulting's Executive Management Group. |

Steven Gaffney
Fellow (ASFA), MAICD, AIMM, Director - Superannuation, Aon Consulting.
Steven's knowledge and experience in the superannuation and employee benefits industry spans over 25 years. He was the Managing Director of The Australian Superannuation Group (TASG), where he worked for 10 years. TASG was sold to Aon in April 2000. Steven leads Aon Consulting's Employee Benefits Solutions Division and is a regular contributor to the financial press. He is a Fellow of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia Limited, a Director of Aon Superannuation Pty Ltd and a Director of Aon Financial Planning and Protection. Steven is also a member of Aon Consulting's Executive Management Group. |

Paul Mazoudier (Non-executive director and Chairman)
BA, LLB (Hons).
Appointed in July 2006. With a legal career spanning
more than 37 years, Paul has extensive experience in superannuation
as well as the negotiation and structuring of international
and local joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign
investment law and demutualisations. His other directorships
include chairman of Sims Group Ltd and Atlas Copco Australia
Pty Ltd and director of HPAL Limited. Former directorships
and senior positions include chairman of GIO Australia and
Ambition Group Limited, Partner and NSW chairman of Minter
Ellison, and director of AMP Ltd, AMP Life Limited, Caliburn
Partnership Advisory Council, Australian Topmaking Services
Ltd, Sims Group Superannuation Fund and Atlas Copco Superannuation

Bruce Robertson (Non-executive director)
B. Ec (Hons), FCA, Aust. Society of Certified Public Accountants,
ACIS, FAICD.
Appointed in October 2005. During his 36 years with
Touche Ross in Australia and overseas, Bruce consulted with
many private and public companies on a wide variety of assignments
including acquisitions, mergers, tax, and financial, accounting
and audit matters. In 1990, at the end of his 6-year tenure
as Managing Partner (Chief Executive) Australia and PNG, Bruce
withdrew as partner to undertake professional assignments
on an individual basis, including several directorships. |
